National and European execution of penalty
After the conclusion of criminal proceedings, we advise you and defend your rights also during the execution of criminal penalties. For example, we assess the possibility of alternative forms of punishment, such as house arrest instead of imprisonment.
We represent our clients in proceedings regarding the recognition and execution of criminal measures in Italy based on requests of authorities from other EU States (e.g., freezing orders, confiscation orders, execution of arrest warrants and extradition of detained persons to other EU States).
